Jeff's Movers and Storage

I am extremely pleased with the job Mike and his crew did. He had two young men assist him package and load my furniture and belongings. Both were very polite and did a great job. I wasn’t there to receive everything but my son-in-law said they did a great job there too. I checked out all the on-line companies but was very leery of using them because of all of the reports of problems dealing with third party movers who always wanted more money than agreed to by the on-line agent (who you never hear from again). I wanted to use a local company that I believed would be more trustworthy. Mike came out to personally review everything to be moved and submitted a reasonable price. They stuck to the proposal and did a great job. No damage; no problems. Even the office staff was extremely pleasant and personable. A very favorable experience all around. It couldn’t have gone any better.

Not happy with our move or Jeff’s Movers. They moved us around 18 years ago and we were very pleased with their service so contracted with them again. This time not so much. They did not use any tarps or runners in our lower level and stained the carpet, many things got broken and they had two young men (one 17) that were awful. Many boxes dropped, boxes marked do not stack on top got stacked on top. The bill was almost $900 more than the highest range of the estimate. I emailed the company and no reply not even a phone call much less an offer to make things right. I suggest don’t use!

The staff at Jeff's Movers are helpful and efficient. Ownership puts care and selflessness into each customer. In a competitive moving climate, Jeff's Movers will exceed expectations.
