I've spent over ten thousand dollars in this store over the past several months. I've had issues with them accepting my methods of payment even after asking what type of payment is acceptable. My personal check was declined for apparent reason. I immediately called my bank while in the store to confirm if there was an issue with my account. So I firmly believe Roger's and Holland's was racially profiling me because I'm and African American. There is no other reason. I'm financially stable, good credit and I have a job.

So my fiancé and I had a sad day when we found out that the ring were ordered from sams club 8 weeks prior, had never been ordered so no ring whatsoever. We than refunded that ring and went to Rogers & Holland’s. Was welcomed in with open arms and found the most gorgeous ring in our price range. I was even able to wear it out🙏. They have the best warranty and lifetime at that with cleanings and repairs at no cost. Also our ring special is in fact had just purchased a ring to propose to his fiancé the very next week . I just want to say how happy they made me and turned my sad day I to the best day ever ❤️
