        I needed help these people were so kind helpful very much about cleaning services for residence.

        The night desk clerk was pretty rude during my transaction as he was not professional at all, as he was non-verbal and no information or instruction was giving about the rooms, their location, check-out...no communication what so ever. Then he held on to my identification. The room was very shabby, and nasty. I understand this is temporary shelter but good money is spent, and courtesy can go a long way.
