Do NOT use this company!!!! This is most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I’ve never been treated or spoken to so rudely by a business in my life. I had a custom boulder made for a gift. I was emailed pictures of different designs & even submitted one that I had found but really liked one that they provided. Once I approved the final proof, which they said it would look just like the image, it was supposed to be black with just the polka dots painted white. When I picked up the boulder, there were a lot of colors on it. I sent an email asking why all the colors the next day but no response so after a week I sent a text message. I immediately received a phone call, which I figured would be to resolve the matter but instead was yelled at then hung up on. My daughter also called and was yelled at then hung up on. I had specifically said I didn’t want painted colors and the final proof reflected that but not the actual boulder. This was their mistake but they don’t seem to care or want to take responsibility for it. Again, stay away from this company if you value your money!!!

My husband and I have been to concrete design studios in Hobart and ordered four or five things and have something on order now. We have never been disappointed in anything we have gotten from them the people and the lady that runs it is fantastic with people and the people that help her are great too. Reading some of the reviews about the Minnie mouse I saw that personally and it was beautiful done. Denise that runs the shop makes All of her customers happy. She put her heart and soul in every picture on a rock or a stone even if it's just a name for your home go by and see what a beautiful job she does 73rd and Colorado you can't miss it..

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENDURED. Let me start by saying this business is the most unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and biggest rip off I've ever experienced. The entire transaction was a nightmare from hell. We placed an expensive order for a basic custom rock design, a silhouette of mickey and Minnie along with a last name. When we received the production proof for the final product, it was a black silhouette design, no color, which is what we distinctively wanted. No color. The final product had color all over it, and was very poorly painted, painting out of the cut lines, messy, etc. My mother picked up the product and was rushed, so she could not bring up the issues upon pick up. She sent an email the next day, requesting any possibility of fixing the problem. My mother suggested even painting it herself, as a last resort, but instruction on how to do so. The lady from Concrete Designs, Denise, never responded. My mother patiently waited, then texted her yesterday to see if she received the email. Denise proceeded to call her, scream at her, and HUNG UP for no reason. Then sent extremely rude texts. I called Denise, to try to calmly resolve the issue, and she stated we would have to PAY MORE to get what we wanted in the first place. I was still calm and just wanted to get what we paid hundreds of dollars for from the get-go. She started screaming at me, and literally hung up on me. I never raised my voice or said anything rude. I am no "Karen", I just wanted to reach a solution. But there was no reasoning with this extremely rude and hostile owner. My mother and I are still baffled on how you can run a business like this. The product was extremely low quality for the price, and the experience was even worse. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I have worked in the service industry for 3 years, owning my own business, and I would be out of business in a second if I performed the way that this place does.
