        Went there to fix a crack in my windshield from a rock hitting it. Owner made a mistake and put through a $73 charge as $730 and drained my bank account throwing it in the negative. Their processor put through a $0.00 credit that night to my account instead of putting my money back. I now have charges bouncing, ruining my standing with companies I use, and I will get overdraft fees. Its day three now my account is overdrawn and anything else I have coming out of my checking account on Monday is going to bounce. Im on a fixed income I cant take a $657 hit like that right before Christmas. I cant buy gifts, I cant buy groceries, or gas! If their moron processor could put through a zero credit that night, he couldve had my money in my bank the next day. I drove there yesterday to give them a chance to make this right, and they refused. Be warned!! the job they did wasnt even that great either.

        Our new seat covers are absolutely amazing. Everybody did a great job installing them on our 2021 GMC Sierra. Is very professional and courteous. Thank you for a great job Photos do not do them justice.

      We did make this right by immediately refunding your money to your MasterCard. Neither one of us notice the amount on the screen - when we gave you the pin pad the amount was on the screen and on your receipt. When we noticed the mistake on Dec. 7th (same day a few hours later in the day) we immediately called you to let you know. We immediately refunded your $657.00 difference THAT DAY. and even sent you a photo of the refund : so you knew - that it was returned to your account on our end. When you came in Friday afternoon, We could not give you cash because we already processed your refund on our end through Visa/MC processor the previous day. We gave you verification that the refund was processed on our end on the 7th. And just to let everyone know - ALL refunds have to be returned to the same credit card and can not be paid in cash or check..when refunding a customer per Visa/MC rules of service. it has to be returned by the same credit card. Which we did immediately for our customer. We have no control over how Visa/MC process returns back to the customer.
