My kids and I were hauling a trailer from Cincinnati to Chicago and I saw smoke coming out the back of my Sienna minivan near Frankfort, IN. I pulled over at the exit and all my transmission fluid leaked out. I started calling around for open shops, but being the Sunday after Christmas, few places were open. Clint Johnson, from Guaranteed Transmission, however returned my call, even though he was on vacation and pointed me to Mike Allen Transmission as the best of his competitors, and I had the van towed to Mike’s. Mike was simply amazing! The next day, he diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate. It was more than the value of the van, so I decided to sell it online. Mike graciously allowed me to keep the van parked at his shop, was there to help with the transaction and was genuine, honest and very helpful!
