Came here with a friend, we were told we had to wait 15 minutes by the freezing doorway to be seated even though there were about 4 tables clearly unoccupied. Service was overall just terrible, waited another 10-15 minutes just for coffee, let alone the food. Food was okay, but really not worth the bad service.

We got up and walked out when our food was served. My full order of B&G was half a biscuit short, gravy did not even almost cover the tops. Bacon was so burnt and hard it was not chewable at all. IDK what they are serving for French toast because it was awful looking. My husbands omelet looked like it had overcooked hamburger in it instead of sausage. The waiter sucked we will never go back

What happened to the old menu? Looks like Bobby T's bought out Pete's diner and is trying to do some sort of BBQ now. The menu is huge for such a small place. I have no confidence that the meats are smoked daily like you'd get at South St Smokehouse. They just are never that busy and with the huge selection it can't make sense to do any kind of volume of meat. Went for dinner yesterday and was shocked to see all the fair food is gone. Ordered a pork tenderloin with cole slaw and it came out looking like a fried chicken patty. It fit on the hamburger bun so it wasn't served like a real Indiana tenderloin, pounded thin as paper. Cole slaw was purple so you know it was sitting a while to have the cabbage stain it and it tasted strange like old mayonnaise. The cherry shake up tasted like it was missing the alcohol. Beer menu is still good, and the selection of drinks is still massive and you'll find something you want to drink here. The bathrooms are still broken with no door on the stall and urinal hasn't been working for months now. At least 3 months since it was broken in December when we went on a pub crawl. I'm sad to see change from the dive bar with corn dogs to a BBQ place. It wasn't nearly as busy as many of the other places on main street so that should have been our clue.
You'll have much better options downtown within walking distance. If the menu shrunk and some maintenance was done inside I'd go try it again, but now it's not high on my list.
