        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The woman that answers the phone to schedule an appointment is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I am going to another place because of her. You just lost business because of your scheduler.

        I had a bad experience! I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time before I walked out.the appointment ahead of me walked out an hour prior! I should have went with them. The head nurse went home and left a skeleton crew to handle the appointments .. my MRI was ordered Stat and had a follow up appointment that I had to miss with my surgeon because of this! I recommend finding another facility to get your scans done.

        Very nice place! The woman that took me into the mri room was so sweet and kind! She made sure I was completely comfortable and checked on me through out the process! I wish I would have remembered her name but was very well pleased with the staff for making me so comfortable on my first mri!
