Timothy M. Cupero, MD - IU Health Arnett Ear, Nose & Throat

Visit with Dr. Very short and rushed. Had tests done with audiologist who was great by the way. She said Dr would call me with results and tx plan. Been almost 2 months and have heard nothing. Still in pain.

I had to wait with headaches and dizzy for 5minths to see than now after getting tubes had my appointment for 4 months and headaches from right ear hurting for a month im just trying to hold on and my other two doctors are sitting here waiting for me to go to my appointment on March 15 and they called me yesterday and tell me that they have to move that appointment to April 15. These people are a joke they dont care about you. They dont care if youre in pain or if youve had a headache for a month that its because of the tube they put in your ear. These people are sick and Ill never ever go to them again. and Ive never seen the real doctor. Theyve always stuck me with a nurse practitioner. I dont even know who the real doctor is. Its just all a big joke.ive only dealt with Terra and she is difficult Ive never even seen the real doctor

If I could give Dr. Cupero 10 stars I would. What an amazing, smart, and compassionate doctor. He has taken such good care of me within the past year. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions, and I never feel rushed when I am there. He truly is a kind and compassionate person that wants the best for all of his patients. I 100% would recommend Dr. Cupero to others! He will not leave you high and dry!

Dr. Cupero is an amazing surgeon, and a humble, kind, passionate, and caring doctor. He was my mothers surgeon, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He even postponed her surgery as he was going on vacation the next week, and he wanted to be in town incase she needed help. This is so rare to find in today's world. The care and time he gives the patient and the family members and the way he makes you feel heard is an excellent quality he has. I cannot find more words to compliment him. All I know is he did an excellent job and we are thankful to God that he was her surgeon. Stay blessed Dr. Cupero.
