This was the worst service I have ever received in my life. Her and the manager didnt listen and messed up my phone to where I had to even call Apple.
They told me I was not able to get a promotion phone and the call center said that they completely lied and was able to. Their lack of knowledge about phones and services is ridiculous!
Do not go there if you want good service unless you are willing to bribe them with food or gifts like the little old lady in front of me had to do with Emily.
Worst service ever!!!
