Mark is exceptional.  My carpets look and stay clean for months.  I have used them for 2 yrs.    Mark goes above and beyond if needed.  He will stay extra time to make sure everything is perfect.   I felt like my happiness was his prioriTy.  Our carpets are 10 yrs old and look brand new.  He uses a process that does not make your carpet so wet they take days to dry.  They are mostly dry before he even leaves.  He has very large fans that dry the carpets quickly.   he protects furniture and drywall and even landscaping from hose damage. He uses a cleaning process that does not use detergent, as that will attract dirt after it is cleaned.   He continually educates himself (attending classes and consulting with chemists) I have cream colored almost white carpets, two dogs, and a teenager. I also babysit dogs regularly that have accidents.  Our carpets still look brand new. Mark will go above and beyond for you to make sure you are happy. Our house smells fresh and looks clean for months.   I use him every 6 months because I babysit other dogs.  He was recommended to me from a neighbor that used him.  I will never use anyone else. From start to finish this company was a joy to work with. They were courteous and on time. Most importantly they did a fantastic job of getting pet stains and odors out of our carpets! My neighbor had used them and recommended them to me. I have to say I am absolutely impressed. They took their time, were very through and my carpets (10 yrs old) look BRAND NEW. They look fresh and clean. I will always use them from now on. Mark is the owner. It is a small business and they CARE about doing an excellent job. I will recommend to everyone. So, we thought a whole house carpet cleaning was in order. We wanted a local business that had a good reputation, and ultimately chose Naturally Safe Carpet Care in Lafayette IN. Mark, the owner, came out to evaluate our needs, describe how the cleaning process works, and to give us an estimate. He was thorough, clear, and easy to understand. On the designated day he arrived on time, set up his equipment, and went to work. He was efficient, informative, conscientious, and (once again) thorough. And although his equipment extracts most of the water used in the cleaning process, he also brought along a couple of fans to help speed the  the drying process. Was it the cheapest carpet cleaning service we investigated...no. But, the price was competitive, and we thought we got excellent quality for the price paid. In essence: a very good value.Bottom Line: Some years from now, when we want the carpet cleaned again, we're calling him.
