We had the worst experience ever! We ordered a piston filller and cancelled the order before it was shipped. They charged us a HIDDEN $800 restocking fee!!! It's been two weeks, and we still haven't received the refund check. I called to explain my frustration and to find a solution, and Jereme Crowe hanged up on me three times! The third time I sent an email. They mailed the check with no tracking, no insurance..basically nothing. I am wondering if it was even mailed. It's a very frustrating experience. STAY AWAY
