They need to get there stuff together. I have two year old and there is a lot of problems going on and they take there sweet time to work on things. I need to hire more maintenance crew.

When is the pool even opening this year? It closed nearly after a few weeks last summer and no notes was given out as to why? Also the lack of maintenance is terrible. Only apartments that are vacated are being worked on and thats unacceptable. All of us residents have a lot of major issues that needs to be fixed. With rent being raised nearly doubled next year we expect to at least have our maintenance requests fulfilled that have been sitting for years.
