I was told the water leak in my crawlspace would be a free estimate to diagnose the issue. When they were done, I was charged $145 just for the plumber to get right down in the entrance of the crawlspace and take some pictures. Jacob has been very friendly and helpful dealing with my insurance company. Waiting for the claim to be approved so they can rectify this issue. Disappointed thus far overall since my "free estimate" cost me $145! Update- I was informed by the service manager, Brandy, that that's not their policy. I should've been informed ahead of time if any fee was to be charged and signed paperwork agreeing to it. To rectify my disappointment in this process, I was refunded my full $145 and she was very apologetic for my experience. I still plan to go forward with their company once insurance approves the claim.

Robert was wonderful!!! As soon as he arrived, he got busy working on our problem. He was so kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He felt that there was another issue and offered to send someone to our home with a camera tomorrow to get a better look; there would be no extra charge. We truly enjoyed his service and help. He represented Roto Rooter in a stellar way!!! Such a great plumber and employee for you!!!

Donovan came out to fix my plumbing. Came within 2 hours of being called on short notice. Having multiple plumbing issues that were complicated nothing was done today. Waiting to be contacted by someone else from the company to fix the issues.
