IDRA NA In a trail of excellence, the company IDRA has stolen the race in the die-casting industry. If to say it’s nothing but absolute genius, you would be right on the money. IDRA has taken this industry by storm having customers not only in Europe, but in places such as North America, Asia, and South America as well. People don’t realize how much money is in this competitive workforce, when in fact you’ve got so much your profits would be showing a skyrocketing line pointing straight up on the graph if there was one here. Listen they’re a couple of things you need to know one money, two time, and three is the people. First off, the money intake on this is astronomical. Selling one or two machines make the salary for everyone in the company for the next 3-4 months. Secondly you can’t even begin to imagine what It’s like for service calls, simply put on the phone IDRA is being paid by a for telecom service. If I’m not mistaken when they arrive on scene to whoever needs help with their machines, they are being paid $250 a day for there time just to be there. Don’t think for second that this was it no it gets better while they are there they are selling to product and parts to the management staff. As much as it is hard to do or work for this company when having a family, the reward outweighs the bad. Time, we all know is an asset to everyone now time for them is like nothing for this company. With how often people are in and out of the office its very weird. It’s a rare commodity to see people in the office most are out on service calls. As you can tell time for them is taking it slow and getting the job done right for the customer. This point is made because you do have those companies that are there to make it run and that is it, when you should always complete and done correctly the first time, they complete the work. Brian - True Italian says,” the work we do is quality work however, very time effective and with the system of communication between customer and client we do keep up with even the newest problems that arise.” If you’ve read this far your about to read about the greatest thing I’ve learned so far. The people the Italian population are amazing people its outstanding to think that they have so much to offer and give us knowledge, personality, culture, and hospitality such fantastic people. They are so family oriented which I believe is why their work is so personal to them. Everyone is family in their eyes. They never cease to amaze me whether in person or over the phone. The respect that they have for others is astonishing so in all the business all around is a concept meant for success and will probably never fail as a business. At the end of the day IDRA is an amazing business venture with great people and constant new ideas. This is what America needs to become great again. Many people don’t understand the concept of growing industries or how to be successful but IDRA this Italian company has got it going on. However, this will conclude the article that I have wrote and I hope my perspective on this opens the eyes of many.
