      image We recently bought a house and found that Ferrell owned the tank. When we contacted them we went over several options and stated to them that I needed to discuss the options with my wife. The very next day they filed our tank without authorization and only put in 60% and leaving a$900 bill. When I called them I was hung up on 3 times never coming to a resolution but was subsequently sent 2 different bills with 2 different amounts.. The biggest problem I have is they told me about the first fill discount but only put in 60% so I guess it is not a true fill. I gave them a 1 star rating as I could not leave a o star rating.

      image Although we're no strangers to rural living in the past 30 years, only in the past year have we used propane for our heating and cooking. I can say from experience that not all providers are equal, and our previous experience lead us to try Ferrellgas. From the first call, to setting up our account, to a scheduled and on-time delivery today, It is great to now be working with a group of pleasant and professional folks.
