        He was friendly, I just wished I would have a chance to talk to him face to face. We're about 2 hours from my hometown. Don't get that many chances to get to Kendallville, Indiana. Have always had good service from State Farm. Duane Axel was my agent for many years until he retired. Started out with Duane's father as my agent I believe.
