Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I am writing this review for the poor girl at the front counter that was left by herself at the register. It was her first day. Shame on this establishes management this poor girl was doing everything she could to handle all the angry customers because she could not do everything at once. To Zaxbys management: do better for your employees.

Great service. Great food! Always have a smile on their faces. And aim to please the customer. Updating my review today 3/21/2024 445pm When ordering my food, its like it was an inconvenience to place my order. I didnt even order my food how I wanted it cause as I was modifying it, it was like I was irritating the employee. I dont care how busy youre starting to get for your dinner rush, you are there to serve the customer. Not to mention I came in the other day for a mobile placed order through drive through, and they couldnt even remember to give me by drink at the window, or when they brought my food to my car.

I order an Regular Chicken meal yesterday and it was Bad and today on 3/21/24 I took it bad and got another and it was bad what kind of grease are they used and the grease is not fresh at all and the batter is so hard on the Overly Cook chicken please change the grease and batter for the chicken something is WRONG in this Restaurant. Look at the Pics Manager and owner.
