        Whish I could give this particular branch zero stars. Everytime I have came in to the Jeff branch off 10th St. The tellers are very rude. I have been with NWSB for close to 20 years now and this location is never nice. I stop here because it's the closest location to me and everytime I regret it. I asked for a receipt with my balance and the teller was nasty and Said I could use the mobile app and that it was more accurate.. I needed the receipt for my business!! What ever happened to customer service or even people at least trying to pretend to be friendly? I would rather deal with an automated kiosk than this location. Next time I will go out of the way and drive further because the other branches are a lot nicer.
