Horrible experience trying to get a breast pump! Staff says they tried to call to let me know information ....never received a missed call or voicemail from said number. Waited two weeks for my very much needed breast pump only to call and find out they never even submitted my order. When you trust staff to take care of something for you and it's not done, it is infuriating. It took me two minutes to submit my order online.... would've been nice to know that was an option from the beginning. Now another 7-10 days wait. And my baby is almost a month old. Manually pumping exclusively for a month is a nightmare, thanks for nothing HLS.

I have needed things from them repeatedly over a 2 year period for foot problems. Everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive!

Little disappointed in HLS. I went to rent a scooter to get around better for my #RSD / #CRPS. I needed the scooter for a week for a trip we are taking. The cost of a week was $100, If I brought it back a day late, which I was going to, it went to another week rental @ $100. The whole month rental was $225; so I was forced to spend an additional $125 for a "extra" day of use because of not prorating the rental. I feel this should be reviewed to better serve a customer who needs a medical item for the ADL's (Activities of Dailiy Living). HLS was very friendly and helpful. The other issue I had was never receiving my deposit back from a pair of crutches I rented from them.
