Just recently changed over to “Sweat Everywhere” from West Lafayette and we had a little hiccup with the app not letting me book where I wanted to (downtown Indy). When I say, I felt like Kate went above and beyond to help me fix this, she did! She contacted the West Lafayette and BAM we fixed it and officially can “sweat everywhere”. So excited she helped fix this small issue for me and excited to check them out this weekend! Thank you! If you haven’t checked out HOTWORX, what are you waiting for?! Not worth the money, join a locally owned (or at least one that gives back to the Indianapolis community), non-chain and non gimmick filled gym. My wife and I were a member there for 6+ Months.

Customer service definitely needs some work. We politely asked about a $240 charge on our card after having cancelled originally back in April… supposedly it never really went through with the cancellation until June? so we paid for June and July and we thought okay fine now we’re in the clear and I called just to confirm the charges and why they happened and no one can seem to give me a clear answer. The only thing that was said to my husband by The manager was “I’m really good at taking notes and I never mess up” and when I called she felt the need to say “well I know what gym your husband moved to and it opened June 19th so you had to have canceled in June… idk it just seems like they’re mad we chose another gym? I honestly was considering going back in the winter. Not anymore. Save your money. Ridiculous how much I have paid now for a gym I haven’t stepped foot in for at least 4 months. (My husband called to update his card info to make sure payment was correctly taken in June & we are being told that’s when we canceled which is not true) whatever I’ll pay you $240 and never come back! Thanks!
