It's been a great experience. I love that it's not just about the physical exercise. Each class incorporates mindfulness and meditation. The teachers really help guide a novice student. It's been very welcoming! It's also easy to schedule online.

I have never felt so welcomed at a yoga studio before! The moment I walked in the door I felt at home. I have been an inconsistent yogi for over twenty years, taking classes here and there. I'm not flexible and forty-five years old. I've always felt a little out of place at yoga studios. I have never felt that way at Santosha! The teachers are kind, patient and non-judgemental. They offer so many classes and lots of other services/products as well. This place is the real deal, such good energy! Try it, you won't regret it!

I've been having bodywork at Santosha with Shelia and I'm so thankful that a friend connected me with her! She's really gifted and her knowledge and holistic approach to the body is exactly what I was hoping to find after moving to Indianapolis. Indy is lucky to have someone like Shelia and the expertise she provides in Ayruveda at the Santosha School.
