Community Clinic at Walgreens - Indianapolis Keystone

It is really hit or miss here. I have had decent experiences in the past, but more recently the staff are unfriendly, and yesterday, after passing the COVID screening while scheduling an appointment for my daughters ear ache, they refused to see her because she stated that she had allergies. If that prevents them from seeing patients, they should really just add it to the screening questions and be transparent about it.

Had a appointment this morning ,and Jennifer was so very nice ,polite and professional and she described on point what my pain and issues was.I appreciate her she gave me a coupon and gave me something that will help with my muscle spasms other then naproxen which don't help much for nothing thanks Jennifer you rock.

$75 for an NP to spend less than 5 minutes with me to have them ignore all my symptoms, refuse to give me any medicine, and then tell me I can come back when I get sicker next week. And people wonder what could be wrong with healthcare in this country.

They have stepped up and been my interim primary physician - because IU Health and can't take "new patients" for 4 months. I'm a cancer survivor so having someone order chest X-rays etc., promptly is important to me.. Thank you Anne!

I signed in 15-20min before 1pm. I wait to 1:10 with a bad ear infection, the nurse comes out and tells me she's going to lunch. She then asked did I want to come back at two. The screen had me listed as being seen before her lunch break. She was rude and told me she wasn't lying and that I could call customer service if I didn't like it. The machine tells you if you sign in too close to their lunch brake and schedules you after. If you don't want to work quit. It was a waist of my lunch break and caused me to be in pain longer. I went to American Family Care and was seen right away, the doctor was personal and friendly. I won't go back to Walgreens.
