      image They've gone downhill in the past couple years. They had a big exodus of experienced staff members, and they never replaced all of the vacant positions that were left behind. Now they have new people doing double-duty as both Student Advisors AND Financial Consultants, and the customer service has plummeted. It used to take 24 hours to get a response from my Advisor...now it takes 2-3 weeks and multiple emails to get a reply.
      I was going for my B.S., but I've grown tired of the lack of attention and support. I switched to my A.S. and I'll be finishing school somewhere else.
