I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with this school. I started an IT program that included 4 certifications through a 3rd party learning center and they ended up canceling the program after my first year. I was approved for financial aid to cover the cost of this program and after it was canceled I was informed by NAU that this program was no longer covered by financial aid and they would need a lump sum payment for the year I had attended. I informed them that if I had the money to pay for it all at once then I wouldn't have applied for financial aid. They agreed to set up monthly payments for me to pay off the balance. I paid them religiously every month for almost 2 years and then I receive a letter from them saying my balance had been paid in full and any remaining balance was to be taken up with a new company. I called the company and it turns out is a very aggressive collections agency. After several phone calls with this new collections agency they could not tell me anything about the loan. I finally received a call from yet another collections agency saying they needed the remaining balance to be paid in full with 1 payment. They reported this to all credit agencies and stated that I was a high class delinquent account. Needless to say I don't know how I could have done anything different. I set up payments for a situation that wasn't my fault and am being harassed about it. I will never refer anyone this this "school" and do not wish anyone to have to deal with this group of people.
