The Traveling Compass

I have been working with Travel Advisor Mandy Horn for several months now regarding my family's vacation plans and itinerary to various locations. She has always provided exceptional service. Most recently, she helped me with travel plans to the beautiful island of San Lucia (as my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary). As always, Mandy provided us with vast information that helped us narrow down our choice of resorts (we went with the Sandals Halcyon Beach location). She also kept us very informed (really kind of held our hands through the whole process) regarding COVID19 requirements before leaving the U.S. and what to expect on the way back (testing was done at the resort). As much of the required testing and documentation required very quick turnaround time, Mandy helped relieve our anxiety by providing us step-by-step instructions (for San Lucia's COVID19 requirements for tourists). Her recommendation of resorts, excursions, and special events (we opted for an in-island tour (with a mud bath experience) and also a candlelight dinner on the beach) helped make for a fun, memorable experience. Mandy has always provided that personal touch, going out of her way to ensure my vacation plans are well thought out and enjoyable. Because of this, she has solidified her standing as the only Travel Advisor I need. I highly recommend her to other travelers. You will not be disappointed.

Mandy is great! She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She was on top of reservations as soon as they were available to make. The suggestions she made and itinerary helped keep my family on track so we could make the most of our vacation to Disney.

Mandy planned every detail of our honeymoon to Jamaica. Unsure of where we wanted to go, Mandy outlined several places that met our criteria. Every option was in our budget range, and she sent a very detailed video/email outlining the pros and cons of each one. After choosing our destination, we didn't have to do anything but pack (which she provided a list for) and wait. We will definitely book our next trip with her!
