They were very kind and communicated very well concerning the services they provided. In a timely fashion, they had the car ready in no time, they took good care of it while in their possession, I do recommend this business to other clients for sure.

They said I needed a new transmission. I own 33 cargo van and have replaced more than a few. Their price for a remanned transmission was $5k, which was hilariously high but it is what it is, I didn't price shop. My van made it 2000 miles before their remanned transmission blew. They told me they only gave a local warranty and I would have to get the transmission pulled from the vehicle, sent to them, and then they would work on it and send it back. All of that would cost well over $2k, they said they would cover $500 of it. I found someone that would tow the vehicle 1172 miles for $1500 and they said that was too expensive. Meanwhile leaving my vehicle disabled in San Antonio, TX at a shop that is charging me storage, getting my driver to another vehicle, and waiting on them to fix the issue they caused and then ship it back at my expense sounds much easier. Darrell is a hack and kept telling me that I should've double checked my receipt. By the way, they only take cash or check, so that rounds out their scam. I chose them because it said they had been in the business for a while, but save your time. Call around and find someone that warranties their work nationwide, aren't douchebags on the phone, and that takes cards that will hold them responsible for them ripping you off.
