They picked my car up about 5 hours later than they said they would. It's been at the shop about 5 days now, with no key, because they didn't leave the key with my car. Though they had been called and said they'd drop it off, twice, it's still not with my car.

The one and only company you need to call, dont even bother trying to call around for quotes.
I shorted the electrical system on my car and needed it towed. Its a 2nd gen trans am, almost 17ft long and on the 6th floor of a parking garage downtown with a very low clearance. No one else would even consider trying to help me out once I told them it was in a garage.(forget they were asking for an arm and a leg for the hookup alone)
Skinnys sent out Jeff, who is the hardest working and friendliest person I have met in indy. He went above and beyond in helping me out.
Skinnys towing is an exceptional company and is the only company I would recommend to anyone.
Skinny's has honest rates and won't upcharge you because of the difficult situation your in.
