My husband was in an accident. He called the insurance. The insurance told my husband he would have a wrecker in 45 minutes. He also said the tow Co would call or text when they were close to his location. Now I've come to the scene, to drive my husband home. We wait. No call/text. I call the insurance Co. Wrecker was dispatched I was told to give it more time. Over an hour later I call again. She said they were 20 minutes out. Ok. We wait. Then 3 hours after the tow Co was called, we call ins Co back again. She gets the tow Co on the phone and connects us. Apparently the driver was told the wrong address. But the funny thing is, they never called us to check for location, they didn't call the ins Co back or call us or anything. So we sat in a dangerous neighborhood with my husband's wrecked truck for 3 hours for NOTHING!! Walled a friend, he came and towed us home. Now I know, ya all going to blame the ins Co. Well yes, they may have been partially to blame, but who was actually out there and could have called us to ask if the address was correct, that's right the tow truck driver
