        The customer service at this location is excellent. Every time I come in they are friendly and knowledgeable. I am not the easiest to work with and they were so patient with me. I highly recommend this location. Kristi and her staff offer wonderful help and support for all T mobile needs.

        The employees at this store incorrectly filed the wrong type of claim for my phone so I was billed $99 instead of it being free. Question everything they say because I don't think they care or are adequately trained or both.

        Have a friend in hospice with a bad phone. His service was thru Consumer Cellular. Bought new phone and would not help transferring info. Out of desperation went to my T-Mobile store #470E. The staff were super. Kristi, the manager assisted with the transfer of info to new phone. She and her store deserve a 10 for going above and beyond. She and her staff far exceeded my expections. Thank you Kristi and T-Mobile.
