Red, the Steakhouse

So I wanted to try Red for my birthday. My aunt called twice and left two messages for a reservation. One on Friday and one on Saturday. No return calls. We went to another establishment that wanted our business.

Amazing.... 1 I am not a foodie.. 2.. I'm a very critical person..(Virgo) and with that being said this is a must visit place.. it would be a great place to take a date any night of the week or just a great spot at a nice bar.. Now the food was moist and mouth watering.. Steak had a nice crust but was melting when it hit my tongue.. I could have used more butter on baked potato.. like sticking a piece in while cooking.. I could have had a side of bacon bits.. Service was good and entertaining.

It was my birthday. I had the C.A.B. Prime Ribeye. I can say it was the best steak I have ever had. The brussel sprouts with pancetta was delicious. My son had Halibut. It was cooked perfectly. Everyone loved what they had ordered. Prices on the high end. The waitress, Amber was very good. For this being our first time, we found out when leaving that there was preset menu available. I think that should of been offered. Overall, I can say, I will go back. I have told others about Red Steakhouse, I guarantee you, they will visit soon.

My best friend and I found this place because we always go to Nada across the street and wanted to try a new atmosphere this particular night. The host and the door gentleman were very nice and welcoming. When we sat down at our table is where our experience went bad. Our waitress took forever and a day to get to our table to take our order. Maybe we were not dressed up as nice and thought maybe we didnt have money to spend im not sure. All the food was good, I cant say it was amazing and the best meal I have ever had but it was decent. I was just a little shocked that the whole staff was not friendly and inviting after we sat down to eat especially at expensive place.
