I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from Finish Line, and I must warn others to steer clear of this company. My order was plagued with issues from start to finish, demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety.
Firstly, despite promises of prompt shipping, my order was delayed by a week, well beyond the stated timeframe. This not only violates consumer protection laws but also demonstrates deceptive trade practices, as outlined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It's clear that Finish Line prioritizes profit over honesty and customer trust.
To make matters worse, upon receiving the product, I discovered it was defective. The shoes exhibited signs of wear and were clearly not new as advertised. The bottom part of the shoe was not properly glued on, posing a serious safety hazard to consumers. This is not only unacceptable but also illegal under FTC regulations.
Despite multiple attempts to address these issues with Finish Line's customer service, I was met with inadequate responses that failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation. Instead of offering a refund for the defective product, I was offered replacement options and a coupon code that didn't even work.
In conclusion, I urge others to avoid Finish Line at all costs. Their deceptive practices and disregard for consumer safety make them unworthy of your business. I will be reporting this matter to the FTC and utilizing my platform on social media to raise awareness about Finish Line's unethical behavior.

I ordered vapormax shoes on March 9th 2024 they arrived on March 11th 2024 they were the wrong shoe they sent me I never took them out of the box. I called customer service and sent them back the same day and I told them I ordered them for a birthday present for my child and could they please over night or next day the correct pair to me. They completely blew me off and I asked to speak to someone in charge they said they would and the same person came back on the phone trying to tell me what someone imaginary said this company is FOS now I have to show up empty handed to a birthday party on spend money that I dont have on another present or look like a fool. They are horrible and this is not acceptable being it was totally their mistake not mine. Feel as if I and my child have been robbed I am soo disappointed as I have spent lots of money with them. I advise everyone to beware when dealing with this company. They will rip you off and take their time making it right for the customer.
