The store is closed, they’re not answering the phone, not sure if this is temporary or permanent. I’m wondering how I get my mail that was delivered to my postal box inside?

This used to be a great place. Now, it is horrible. Went there today to make a shipment, the person working there was not attentive, did not help, understand or answer my questions. First gave me a ludicrous price, then did not help with questions. I went to UPS Store, took care of shipment myself in less than 3 minutes.

Every time I have had to ship anything out, the service at Pak Mail Indy is phenomenal. When shipping out all my Christmas packages to my family in Oklahoma, they made me feel confident and secure that my gifts would arrive safely and would get there on time. I highly recommend Pak Mail Indy to everyone and anyone with all their shipping needs, especially around the holidays.
