        My well pump went out on Thursday. Called and spoke to Mack Blair. He said he would send a crew out on Friday morning. Mack called me when the crew was heading my way. Gary and Casey showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a rough estimate, and started as soon I said approved. Got a new well pump, presuure tank, and pressure switch installed. Would highly recommend Blair Norris since the larger companies just blew me off and they genuinely cared and made sure I had running water ASAP.

        I called in at 3pm on the Friday before New Years Day 2023 and they had my pump replaced and well cleaned by 10:30am the next day (Saturday). The person I spoke with and both repair technicians were very courteous and professional. They were referred to me by my neighbor who also had a great experience with them last summer. I cant say enough good things about these guys!
