Crestwood Village East

PLEASE NOTE: The 1-star is for Justus as owner/management co. Elevation bought the property December 2019. The property is old & run down. Apartments are decent size but desperately need to be updated. The new owners are already making much needed improvements. I have lived here for 4 years & it has been a nightmare from day one. Previous owner had zero customer service skills, maintenance was non-existent, & facility was crumbling, dangerous for residents. I am elated with new owner & turnaround I have seen so far. I now have hope this will be a good safe place to live as a retirement community. Thank you, Elevation, for your willingness to take over a disaster & make it better. Bravo!!

The upkeep not so great in the building I live in. Lived here now for 11 months, been without hot water three times during my time here. When I moved in my apartment was not up to par, was not painted and appliances were awful. When reaching out to the executive director with issues, she don't return calls. I would never refer anyone to the east side location.

Yes, I like it here very much. I met my future husband, we got married been married 6 months. He's so very intensive to me. Loves me with all his ❤️.
