Steak n Shake Morton il. Every other week I go to go thru the drive thru. They greet u with a it will be a 15 min wait for them to even take my order. The last time they told me this I place my order of 2 large fries. I went in the store just to see why it was taking so long thinking it was busy inside. It was a ghost town not even the employees were seen. Whomever is the dm for this store needs to retrain her manager. Its a pattern.

There were four people ahead of me. A cheese burger fries and a shake took 27 minutes from the time I ordered to the time it was ready. For the few people in the restaurant everyone was experiencing a 30 minute wait. At the very least, customers should have been told there would be a 30 minute wait for an order.

Keep forcing people to make their own order make their own drinks and see how much money you keep making

Waited 30 minutes for my order asked for refund manager said hold on and went to start wiping down tables after still waiting for 15 minutes
