Long time been one of my favorite places to eat. Great food, great atmosphere. Pro tip: build your own burger with cheddar cheese, fried egg, and bacon...with a side of BBQ. You'll thank me later.

My wife and daughter arrived before me. She called me when she sat down and then 15 minutes later she called as I was walking in to tell me that no one had asked for a drink order and even acknowledge her. I sat down and waited another 5 minutes and no one approached. The restaurant was not slow but they were not packed full either. Hence they sat her immediately. We stood up to leave after sitting at one of their tables for 20 minutes and a waitress finally noticed but it was not the waitress working our section. The managers had walked past us several times without noticing my wife and daughter did not have drinks. As we left the managers noticed and I explained we would go somewhere that would appreciate our business more. The manager was apologetic but did not seem sincere. He did finally ask where we were sitting and I told him. We have been there several times before and have even taken large groups there. We will not be patronizing this establishment again.
