Front desk secretary was astonishingly rude and unhelpful. Having waited for MONTHS to get a psych test they misinformed me of the process telling me it would take 4 hrs to complete the process. After an hour long intake appointment I figured the testing would take an hour to hour and a half and that the results would take an hour. The front desk secretary then told me that it would take 4/6 hrs for the testing only and this was the day before my appointment. After telling her that I would be unable to make this because there was slight miscommunication the secretary then berated me about scheduling and told me I was wrong and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Which isn’t truly how you speak to customers. She immediately got defensive and placed the blame on me the patient not taking responsibility. When asking her to please not get an attitude with me it was a mistake and that I wouldn’t be able to come to the appointment she continued to berate me. I would never take a mental health patient here simply for the fact that i wouldn’t wish my first enemy to deal with a front desk lady as rude as she. I feel sorry for the dr Because I’m sure that this is not the first time
