Be very careful before using this company. They reached out to me to inform me of unclaimed assets belonging to my deceased father. "Diane" said that I would never be able to find these assets on my own. For a fee of 25% they would investigate to find the total amount. They sent paperwork to be notarized and a power of attorney. I noticed the agency on the paperwork was The Great Iowa Treasure Hunt. So I decided to call them directly. They were wonderful and assured me this was easy and I could indeed do it on my own. They sent me the exact same paperwork Lauth did. Not only that, they found an additional $14,000 that Lauth did not. So beware and don't let them scam you out of what is yours!
