        This is our 2nd year using them for Christmas lights. Each year we keep getting rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. You really have to keep calling them and demand they come out. Plus their price doesn’t change when they schedule you a week later. So you’re missing out on a week worth of beautiful Christmas lights but you’re paying the same amount. We probably won’t be using them next year. It’s just too much of a hassle. I will say though the people who do the installation are top-notch and do an excellent job. Whoever is running the show/handling scheduling isn’t doing it well unfortunately.
