I started to have sewage backup in to the house. Luckily I had a home warranty. They assigned the job to these guys. After being put on hold for numerous times and waiting for answers, I was told I would need to wait 5 days before anyone could take a look at the issue. Having sewage actively leaking into your house qualifies as an emergency and is a serious health risk. They apparently don't take emergency situations seriously. I had the warranty company move the contract to a different plumber.

My water heater busted open on a Saturday morning. I started making calls about 10:00am and this was the only place to answer my call. By 1:15pm installation of my new water heater was complete and the price was better than I had hoped. When I did get a hold of one of their competitors I was quoted nearly $400 more for the same part and 2-3 business days before it could be done. Services: Boiler installation, Boiler repair
