Since when is ghosting potential candidates after a panel interview considered acceptable? I have been actively moving your patients to other specialty services after that stunt and none of them have offered any positive feedback about Accredo. I was offended until I realized what a favor the management there did for me.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. They keep sending me a bill for $900 because they didn’t run my zero copay card which they have. They keep saying they will do it but don’t and are sending me past due notices. This has been going on since January. I won’t use them again. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere.

It's been a week of getting bounced everywhere trying to get my medication on time and with the co-pay processed, and I submitted info to them a month ago that our company transferred to their service. Another month later. Still dealing with this. Update: One year later; Still on the phone every month with this company because they can't get copay figured out. Really getting fed up with this.
