Never ordering from there again. Placed a simple pizza order, took 2 hours on a Tuesday to get it. when I got it it was Ice cold & they forgot one of my drinks the one I got was almost warm. Would not recommend them either!!!!!!

I discovered this place while working with the HeadStart program - it's right down the street from their Administration office. I'm back working within a few blocks of them again, and I am SO HAPPY! (No pun intended.) They don't do much advertising, but they have phenomenal food. Their pizza is absolutely delicious, easily the best I've ever eaten. All my coworkers agreed after I bought it for a birthday party at HeadStart - they had never had it before either. It always has fresh toppings, the sauce is just a tad sweet, is piping hot and drippy gooey with cheese, while at the same time having just a bit of a crunch to the crust. Their shrimp and chicken is great too, and their ribs are fabulous - they actually have been sold out on those some days! They usually have some good specials going on too, so the prices are in tune with their quality. They also have the FlockTag reward system there. The one major downside I've experienced every time is the wait for the food. I highly recommend ordering over the phone before going down there, and then add another 10-15 minutes on to your pickup time depending on the size of your order. It's worth the wait overall but I wish they would give an accurate time so that you don't have to be sitting there forever and a day waiting on it (not to mention that establishment is kept ice-chest freezing cold). They also only have the one location for all of Indianapolis. As a franchise, I feel like they ought to have at least one more somewhere in the metro area. They still deserve a 5-star rating regardless a longer wait and lack of multiple locations!

Very bad service when I called. They charged for sauce that I never got. Pizza and wings were definitely not the best in town. Dessert was dry and overpriced. I don't recommend.

I love this place, and their ribs are the bomb. The best in town. No joke. I am a rib eater and I love my meat tender, and fresh off the fire. This is Happy's because they take their time with your food and cook it to perfection. I am going to try their pizza and I'll let you know how it is as well. But, try the ribs..Please...you won't regret it....
