I had ordered 20 large Amano Shrimp. They were delivered today, all alive and well. I received the 20 large ones that I paid for, plus there were 11 smaller ones included! After a four hour acclimation, they were released into my heavily planted, 150 gallon community tank. They started swimming around and eating immediately. Aquatic Arts rocks!

First time purchasing fish, shrimp and plants from them. All arive at great condition! I actually needed to change the order after placing it and they agreed to change it! Really nice place to buy fish! Purchased 6 rasbora and they gave me 7! Excelent experience!

Ordered 12 fish and they all came happy and healthy. They are very brightly colored and really bring the tank alive. Thank you for the fish and great customer service

Beyond satisfied. I placed two spectate orders and was kicking myself because of the extra shipping charge. Without any sort of communication they realized two orders were being sent to the same place, combined them and then refunded one of the shipping charges. What wonderful customer service! They could have easily not said or done anything at all since it was an issue I created, instead they went above and beyond and saved me twenty bucks. My kids are so excited to see whats coming in and have already named the snail Gary. Cannot wait to order from these guys again, they do business right! Also, communication has been extremely pleasant and the appropriate amount. Zero negative things to say.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the way Preston @ Aquatic Arts has handled my issues. I bought 36 banded Kuhlli loaches which UPS delivered a day late because they forgot them in the warehouse. I am losing them right and left because the water was freezing cold. Preston has been helping me throughout the whole situation he even extended my live guarantee to put my mind at ease . Great communication great customer service thank you Preston !!! UPS dropped the ball & Preston has been there since day 1 to make up for them . This is my first time buying from this company & will definitely be doing more business here !!
