After I paid them over $200 to remove 2 chipmunks, I could not reach them after 2 weeks of trying to complete the job.

We had a critter in our fireplace, just above the closed dampers. It was making quite a racket trying to get out. Very disturbing. Unfortunately, Critter Control is a very good company and thus VERY busy. They could not get to our house until the next morning, as they had 10 calls ahead of us. But I am very glad we got them, as they VERY professionally accessed and removed this animal from our home and released it, unharmed outside. Tracy is obviously a highly trained and skilled animal relocator. We would use him again without hesitation. In addition, they are repairing the faulty screening on our chimney cap. So we didn't have to hire an additional company to do that work. Critter Control- we give you an A+. Thank you!

I really hate giving bad reviews, but I had to share my experience for those looking at options in this arena. 1. Poor communication. Get voicemail in the middle of the day, consistently, and literally never get a call back. You have to call over and over and over. 2. Slow response time / scheduling. I was told multiple times that someone would be scheduling with me in the next week or two..... to then have to call back on my own in the next 2-3 weeks to get a status update. 3. Felt like a discrepancy between a conversation I had with a tech - vs “how they usually do it†was challenged every time we spoke. It was surreal. Like I was trying to save a buck after already paying $600 for some bat removal work. I could never get the owner on the phone, who is the only one that made decisions. After a long email to her, to express frustration, a tech came out, who fixed my final issue with a shop vac (bat poop still visible) after I was told to not do that on my own. I was told there was a lot more to cleaning bat poop than just using a shop vac? Very strange, and I just don’t get it - and never will - because I can’t have a conversation with anyone. I’m sure this company is run by great people who are very busy and stretched thin, but staffing up or some form of change to at least foster improved communication is needed. Just wanted to share for anyone who values communication, prompt feedback, and timelines delivered on like I do. Just my experience - so perhaps yours will be different.
