I have put up with poor service for way too long I will be switching my payroll needs to someone else. Same problems checks not delivered on time wrong amount being wriiten out, no one to answer the phone when checks don't arrive asked for someone over the service and she didn't care either

Our business has been using Prime Pay for our payroll services for over 20 years. For about the last 3 years, when changes to the payroll need to be made they are made wrong and need to be corrected or not made at all. The final straw was Friday; our guys did not get paid to late in the day. I had left messages on Friday, but they were closed. Finally, on Monday I decided to call them at 11am. The excuse was the system had messed up. There are no acceptable excuses from a payroll company not to have payroll in the bank when it is expected.
