Morse Moving & Storage

Sure wish I had checked these reviews a few months ago . . .The evaluator for our move grossly under estimated the boxes we needed by about 30. So, we had an additional charge of nearly $1,000 after the move that we hadn't planned on. The packing and pick up were delayed a day due to the truck breaking down. After delivery, I thought our glass china cabinet shelves were lost and reported it. I ever heard back and finally found them in a box labeled "glass tops" rather than in a flat picture/glass box. Also, the glass of a large framed print was cracked from top to bottom. I contacted Faith with the last two issues, but never heard back. They claim to be understaffed, but that is no excuse. It's called customer service. I will replace the framed print glass myself and avoid the hassle of dealing with them anymore. Think twice, maybe three times, before hiring Morse and stay on top of EVERYthing if you do hire them.

I would highly recommend Morse Moving & Storage. They were VERY professional, efficient & took great care of our items. The team of movers were all wonderful & worked hard. Jordan especially was extremely helpful, friendly & such a positive person & went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. Kim at the office was also very helpful & kind. We will definitely be using Morse again in the future. Huge thanks to you all!

The move started off good, then I think these guys got tired, lazy, careless. They moved our dresser just fine from the old place with it covered being handled by both of the two guys. Once at the new place I only seen one of them handling the dresser on a dolly at a rapid pace without it being covered. BOOM! the dresser was damaged in several areas and damage to multiple drawers. The company only sent a measly $90 check to compensate us. This caused me to highly NOT recommend them to anyone for moving, pursue other avenues. The only reason they got 1-star is because it is the only way the review could be submitted. @RESPONSE The move was setup under Katrina's name but it should have been mine since I am the one who set it up and used my credit card.

Move scheduled several weeks in advance. 2 hours before move I was asked to reschedule for 4 days later because of mechanical issues. Problem is I had to be out the next day. They called me the same evening as my original move date to say they felt bad and would be at my house the next morning at 8. They again failed to show. I called and was told it would be better if I moved myself and they sent me a text with the numbers for guys who would help. I called the number, because what else was I supposed to do on short notice, and got no answer. Worst moving experience ever! I would not hire this company!!!!!!! Managers response on this site about a COVID test is the first I have heard of this. Told they were booked solid because of the July 4th holiday, nothing about COVID at all. I was told a truck broke down. I wouldnt believe anything they say as it appears they are trying to do a CYA so they dont look as bad as they really are.
