    I have had a great experience both times Ive come here for imaging. The staff is friendly and efficient and put me at ease. Today I had almost no wait and was in and out in under twenty minutes. I appreciate that the waiting room has size-inclusive seating.

    Welp that was the fastest Ive ever had an X-ray. Doc ordered it this morning and honestly when they said X-rays are walk-in I rolled my eyes and assumed Id be waiting foreeever. Instead from leaving my car to being back in it was maybe 15 minutes. Plus I love that with Community they use MyChart, because I can see results, message the doc about them, and pay the bill all on the app. 10/10.

    THIS LOCATION HAS NO REGARD FOR YOU!! EVER!! STEVE HAD NO RIGHT TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, FOR 3 MINS LATE BECAUSE A PATIENT WAS IN FRONT OF ME CHECKING IN LIKE I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT , PARK MY VEHICLE, WALK IN DOOR , TO GET IN LINE!! I WILL NEVER HAVE ANY OF COMMUNITY EMPLOYEES SCHEDULE ME HERE EVER AGAIN!! LOSERS

    I had a bone density scan at Community North in 2018. My endocrinologist put in an order for an updated test in February. I scheduled the test at the Olio Road location as I preferred not to deal with the construction around Community North. When I arrived at the Olio Road location for my 8:20 am appt, the technician advised me that since I had my previous scan at Community North, the radiologist would be unable to compare the scans because they must be from the same machine to be comparable. She added that the scheduler should have advised me of this fact. She did reschedule my appointment and was very friendly and helpful. She also gave me a telephone number for Jessica, who is in charge of scheduling for this service. I have left three messages for Jessica with no return call. Community North in general, and Jessica in particular, is apparently not interested in receiving feedback from its patients to improve service. If I was not tied to the Community Hospital system by virtue of needing comparisons of bone density testing, I would not return for any optional service.

    I was scheduled for an ultrasound and was required to drink 32oz of water 2 hours prior to appt. Was told I could not empty prior to test. I informed the scheduler upon making the appt that this would be very difficult to do and I would need to have exam immediately upon arrival. She confirmed this would be ni problem and that they always get to these types of tests immediately upon arrival. I arrived at 4:50 for a 5:00 on appt and was told theyd get me right in AND that the technician did NOT have anyone before me at 4:30. I waited until 5:20 before I was seen! I ended up having to go empty some 2x prior to the exam. The worst part was that 3 patients that came in AFTER me were all seen before me. I inquired as to why this happened and all the technician said was that they were all stat. I guess my bladder almost exploding doesnt constitute stat. That was a no brained to not a patient wait when you know they have been holding that long. Terrible service and no consideration.
