Our primary pediatrician recommended Dr. Moore-Otsby when I was recently having trouble breast feeding my first born child. We could not have been happier with the help and care Dr. Moore provided! She made a very overwhelming situation more manageable and helped us develop an action plan (along with strategies) that allowed us to breastfeed successfully within days of our first visit. She devotes more time and individualized care to her patients than any other provider we've encountered in the past, and completely took the stress out of breast feeding. Highly recommend!

This physician loves Dr. Moore-Ostby! My wife and I have had the same doctor for years, at a hospital-based, traditional (insurance-driven) practice. After starting a direct care practice, I knew I wanted the same care for myself that I was offering my own clients. Dr. Moore-Ostby's care has been exceptional and I could not be happier about making the change. My first appointment was 90 minutes; Dr. Moore-Ostby went over every aspect of my health in amazing detail. She is super easy to talk to, attentive to needs, and responds to text messages within a couple hours at most. The peace of mind in knowing that she is available for whatever I need as I get older is absolutely invaluable. I never have to worry about seeing someone I've never met if I have an acute issue, and I don't have to schedule my physicals 10 months in advance. I am so, so pleased with this practice. We love Dr. Moore-Ostby!

I am so excited that Indy Direct Docs is open now! Im a private practice lactation consultant (IBCLC). I have worked with Lindsay Moore-Ostby, MD, IBCLC for years professionally and, in my opinion, she is the best physician in the Indianapolis area for breastfeeding referrals! I have gone with a many of my clients with her when they have challenges above my scope of practice and have been impressed with her breadth of knowledge and her solutions that are tailored to each infant/mom pair. She is knowledgeable and caring for any breastfeeding challenges, from the common (ex:latch basics and maintaining supply) to the complex (tongue tie, torticollis, high palate, thrush/yeast, vasospasms, mastitis, dysbiosis, plugged ducts, and more!) If anyone has a chance to work with Dr Moore, I highly recommend her! I met Dr. Rachael Holliday, MD on my last visit. While I havent had a chance to work with her professionally yet, I know she is knowledgeable in her field, and specializes in obesity management. If youre looking for exceptional care that goes beyond the typical quick in-and-out doctors visits, I highly recommend Indy Direct Docs!

We received Lactation care and guidance from Dr. Moore-Otsby for both of our sons (over the course of 18 months) and we could not have done it without her! For our first son, we were referred to her by Lactation Consultants to investigate why I was not producing more milk and we received excellent care and information from Dr. Moore through that process. She is extremely knowledgeable and if she doesn't already know the research behind something, she is willing to do it for you in a timely and professional manner. She took the time to get to know us personally and did everything that she could for us. She is very thorough and cares about the breastfeeding outcome for EVERYONE (mom, dad, and baby) on every level (physically, emotionally, logistically, medically, etc.). We met with her before our second son was born and put a plan in place for breastfeeding the second time. She was available to us every step of the way and we were able to get breastfeeding off to a much better start the second time. She checked up on us daily and gave sound suggestions about next steps. We cannot recommend her enough for lactation services. She is an expert in the field and we are so fortunate to have someone with her expertise in Central Indiana.
