        UPDATE: Business responded to my review and told me to contact their support so they could make it right. I identified myself as Alec S from the Google review, and it their response was how can I help you? Not only had identified myself, but I even had explain the situation in my initial message to support. So I dont know how there could be any confusion about how they could help me. Already got another key made at a dealership. THIS KIOSK DOES NOT DO CAR KEYS. And apparently support is slightly inept. 1. This machine is located in Walmart, not Kroger 2. Walmart is not 24hrs, therefore this machine is not available 24hrs 3. The description says it does auto keys, but it would not take my auto key, and there is no menu option for auto keys (see picture) Total waste of time and multiple blatant lies/inaccuracies in its description
